Anyone who has the NAME/SSN is using it, plus many others. I'm not sure exactly who is using it is terribly important, not to me, anyway. Just fix it. LOL.

If this was the case then it is their for a reason so who today benefits from it and who has access to it in the manner it was intended if anyone ? The reason the "magic back door" is there is because it has to be. It's natural law. The world is in this predicament because it has acquiecesed to a series of vicious adhesion contracts. I would put forth that the PUBLIC benefits from it because the PUBLIC is fueled by the private.
