That's my meat substitute. You get your protien and B-vitamins without eating any animals.

There are so many things you can do with eggs, I never get tired of eating them.

Free range eggs are better for you, no hormones and you know the chickens aren't locked in some horrible chicken hotel like what really exists out there.

You can get free range eggs at the health food store.
