I doubt it and not inside the flats but they do all have alarm systems that SHOULD have alerted everyone very quickly and are tested reg.

BBC talking to someone who has spoken to people inside the building trapped and some who got out. Supposedly the building fire alarms never went off according to people she has spoken to.

There had been earlier complaints about the building and allegedly an electrical fault nearly caused a serious fire a few years ago.

The blue flames are now green. Which would be copper or boric acid burning. And there was a really clear shot where you could see the flames go up and spreading across the ceiling in that room.
