The Democrat Party has been a terrorist organization almost since its inception. First with Manifest Destiny and the slaughter or displacement of native American tribes, slavery, segregation, the KKK, Jim Crow, the assasinations of JFK and MLK, Earth First, Greenpeace, Planned Parenthood, the Black Panthers, recently the New Black Panthers, Occupy Wall St and BLM. The list goes on. Leftist politics are inherently violent. No surprise that socialists were responsible for the deaths and suffering of 10s of millions of people during the 20th Century. The Dem leadership has always attempted to distance themselves from their own base publicly, while privately courting these groups. Time they and their history were fully exposed to the sunlight.

She immediately jumped on me.

After a lengthy debate (hers emotional, mine mostly factual with some emotion) I realized she had changed. She was using MSM talking points. She used to use FACTS to back up her arguments (if we had any at the time) and now it is identity politics, victimhood and the poor muslims we are "against".

We used to be able to communicate quite easily about world affairs, agreeing on most issues. When Trump pussygate occured she wrote him off as an assaultive pig-no matter what sense I and my husband tried to make of it with her.

Point out domestic terrorism to these people, and you will be vilified for speaking out the truth, strangers or not.
I know this has been happening on a macro level, but when it happens to you it is incredibly saddening.

Suffice to say, today she has stopped talking with me. Not my choice. I wrote her an email last night, no reply. Somehow in the back of my mind, I knew it would come to this.
