No. That is not a fact, that is your misinterpretation of the video which clearly shows an over-exposed moon. The image is saturated in those pixels, thus you cannot see the clouds which are truly in front of the moon.

If the moon is 238000 miles away, shouldn't all the clouds be lit up evenly? Looks like the moon is "spotlighting" the clouds along its periphery only.
