The "mark" of the Beast is not going to be put upon the worldly until the Beast reigns.
Same people claiming the "mark" is "sunday worship" don't even know the Beast is a MAN.

This MAN "amazes the world" by publicly emerging (see Rev 13).
Shortly thereafter he (and/or his "image") will be worshiped by the lost.
Shortly after he begins to "reign" the "mark" will be put upon the world.

The Sabbath commandment is the Seal (Mark) of God because it "is the only one of all the ten in which are found both the name and the title of the Lawgiver. So here the papacy itself is saying that the fact that she could "substitute" Sunday observance for the observance of the Sabbath, proves that she has authority over God; thus, it is Rome's Mark, or seal, the Mark of the Beast.

Simple misunderstanding.

Daniel 7:17  These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth.

Beasts are kingdoms, yes. But notice how it seems to indicate the language is somehow interchangeable at times. A horn is a king, more precisely. When you see a beast, you know it's talking about kingdoms specifically, even if the word king is mentioned:

Revelation 17:10-11  And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.  11  And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.

If these verses specifically meant a king, the word "horn" would have been used, like here:

Daniel 7:24  And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.

Gentiles were NEVER under the Law. The Law was given ONLY to ancient Israel.

Gentiles NEVER had need to study nor even know about the Law.


NOW salvation is through faith in Jesus Christ. Apart from any consideration of the Law.

If sin is lawlessness, and faith saves us from sin, then what is our faith saving us from, if we are no longer under the Law?

Those who count on their works of the law as their justification, as their righteousness, as their way of being saved ....get very offemded by the gospel of God and Christ.
