The reason I was agnostic:
We're on a planet in space. If the sun stops shining we all die. Why, then, do we go about our day, pay our taxes, mow our lawns, watch sports, and worry about the future when we know we're all gonna die?
Paradoxically, this is the point I became Christian!
The last page of nihilism/agnosticism is the first page of the Bible.
God counsels: "Do not eat from the tree of knowledge". In other words, "Don't go there". God reveals: "I am THIS and NOT THIS".
The only missing link humans need to understand is that the bridge out of nihilism is paved with LOVE.
There is a God......
(And the breaking news even Einstein couldn't accept)
is that he LOVES us !
Love is irrational.
Therefore, our existence is beautifully irrational!

And people shouldn't start with the 'Well, if he really loves us why does he let bad things happen'stuff. Free will.
