Just observations..
Watch the video's guy wasn't struggling
Van from Pontypridd in Wales, long way to travel or was he working in London?
2 others ran off? They ran, didn't attack anyone..
Bus stop on main road, old guy collapsed, crowd in road around him, van finally stopped/parked in side street.
What you think guys?

Possible Show cctv evidence that he done this deliberately or just admit drunk workie hit guys who stepped into road.
