Now i dont know if the time is correct given the different reports but what is interesting is that the interviews say one thing but the bbc are saying the police responded instantly suggesting they were there in mins? Police just said that the man who died may not have been as a cause of the incident or something. There were crowds outside before the van arrived helping a man who collapsed at a bus stop.
