I am surprised this hasn't happened sooner given the number of suicidal people walking around. I think this has been blown way out of proportion. The man had no weapons, doubt it was planned. He saw a crowd of them spilling out all over the road, was probably drunk, and thought fuck it I'll give them a taste of their own medicine. The one man dead may have been the old man who collapsed just before it happened, the injured? Well they don't say anyone's critical, maybe not even any serious injuries - just muslims milking it. the intent was there already, pontyclun is just up the road from me and its a while away from London, I think that with all the attacks we've had recently in such a close timeframe he flipped but at the same time he may have been questioning himself as you said no knives or anything like it, showing he was a confident person in carrying out the act. Do you know if the van was empty? I haven't read much about it tbh. Maybe he was delivering stuff to London? Working? Dunno.
