I could understand if people would go after those 23,000 jihadists on that terror list but running over people is lowering yourself to ISIS level.
We must focus on the real jihadis not bystanders.

It was Nov last year Erdogan stated he will flood Europe with migrants this summer and I remember reading that during easter there was a huge rise in migrants. I am not racist or against any religion and if migrants are in need then fine but there has to be a serious program of identifying and registering these people. They have also been used by the British Gove to fight wars against the regimes from their own countries and had the ability to travel freely in and out of warzones !!! FFS Italy I believe has a strict registration process and even gave warnings to the UK of the Manchester bombers whereabouts and travel details so it is clearly obvious the British gov ignored them. This has to stop now and there has to be a shock and awe style of rounding extremists up and catapulting them into space. They are not christians, muslims or whatever religion. They are murdering losers who have a distorted view of what life is. I'm not sure what you call it over there, but our system is drawn from many years of English Common Law, so it's probably the same. In our Constitution, we have what are known as "Letters of Marque and Reprisal." They were mainly used for pirates, and haven't been used in a very long time, but that's your answer. Issue Letters of Marque, hire "privateers," more commonly known, nowadays, as "bounty hunters," publish the list privately for these contractors, and let them hunt them down. Once it is publicly known that the list is out there, as Anderson said, many of them will self deport, but as it stands, with this list still classified and the government doing nothing with it, these jihadists are effectively protected by the government. I am not sure what they call them , assassins, hitmen but the politically correct term is probably 'Security Contractors' and I agree if these extremists know the list is being worked on by an elite group most of them will run. It is the the illegal extremists we have to worry about but even a majority of those would run out of fear of not knowing if they are on the list. Then there re the migrants that are continuing to come into the country, they have to be seriously assesed. The moles in MI5 MI6 and the gov need to drawn out too because these are the ones fueling it I think. I bet some of those are shaking in their boots with the state of the situation they have created.
