I have digestive issues and it can mess with my kidneys. I have had some dark urine recently.

I can't do much except drink water, eat healthy and be active. Anything else gives me pain.

I can go from bloody dark to clear in a few hours.

Urine should be from clear to a very light yellow unless you take vitamin supplements which will turn urine a neon-like yellow. Darker urine is indicative of dehydration.
