Man, I loved my French vanilla creamer...but if you read the label it contains soy. As soon as I stopped putting it in, I was feeling so much better. Whether I like it of not, I drink it black now. I might use it once a year if that just to treat myself.

The other thing is, it adds fat to your waist. So that's another reason to cut it out.

I used to drink my coffee black. I was a terrible person. For fun I used to torture animals. I killed babies and burnt villages. Finally, I had enough. I started drinking tea instead. Now I'm a living saint. I sacrifice big time every day to help everyone else. I think coffee should be outlawed and tea should be required. All wars would end.

Or maybe it's because I know that adding milk and sugar to my coffee gives me horrible acne. So I choose to drink black and the by product of that is clearer skin and higher testosterone levels - so being that I'm so handsome I appear to be narcissistic and my higher test levels make me not tolerate any kind of bullshit so to a fairy beta male I appear to be a psychopath.

Sugar and the sugar in milk or half and half covers up the taste of bad coffee. I'd rather not drink a cup if it's bad than add calories to tart it up so it's drinkable.

By the way that's why Starbucks is so bitter and acidic, same concept as soda, use salt to cover up the amount of sugar.

Get a spray bottle and put a few drops of lemon juice then fill with water.

Spray the area the cat wants to mark and if it still does it then spray the cat with the mixture. Cats hate the snell of lemons, oranges, and limes.

I take it with local Grass-Fed Organic Butter and MCT Oil, along with one tiny pinch of pink Himalayan salt.
