Remember those false stories about Syrian troops shooting at protesters even when it was CIA funded rebels/terrorists? Same shit happened in Ukraine. CIA trained thugs shot protestors and it was blamed on the police forces which led to a regime change and installment of anti-Russian CIA puppet Poroshenko. Also regime change has always been a priority for the US in Venezuela due to its huge oil reserves and opposition to the US government. So I'm not sure about this story.
