Similar to "pal", "man", "dude".... All comments are meant for entertainment purposes only and should not be construed to reflect the feelings and opinions, implied or expressed, of the author. |

Kinda makes me feel superior to them, I like it. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 9066334 My white kids call all women miss before their name. Like my friends or other baseball moms to them are Miss Stacy, Mrs Cheryl, Miss Kathy, etc. They've been doing that since the nursery at church when they were little. I think it's proper, but I'm country. |

He has two older black men that work for him and they call him boss or boss man. When they do call him by his first name, it becomes a personal conversation instead of a work conversation. It's always been like that in my lifetime. I don't think it's a sign of disrespect at all. I think it's a sign of respect. Last Edited by CountryWise on 06/24/2017 08:40 AM |
