Are blockchain cryptos a planned gateway to all digital currency?

I know there isn't central bank control but..I had a dream that all cryptos vanished into thin air. The central banks arounds the world came storming in to the rescue and convinced the populace that their digital monetary system was an upgrade and assured no assets would just disappear like cryptos. People nodded their head after losing everything and went along with the program.
