San Diego County will still allow CCW carry, but with restrictions as before. Protected law enforcement Personal protection (w/documented threats) Security Business Neighboring Orange County actually loosened restrictions BECAUSE of 9th Circuit court decision. Yes, this does limit the reasons to carry as California has had strict laws in this area for some time. In California users must apply for CCW through the county, not state. The Supremes are a bunch of liberal fascists just like the 9th circus. Let us hope they retire and Trump can fix this for the win. However after the Oil Apocalypse (in 20 years) there wont be any courts left or right. [link to www.feasta.org] |

EVEN GORSICH WAS BLOWN AWAY Looks like the SC non-action just put police at risk. If I was law enforcement, I would look the other way. I would not want to incur the wrath of gun owners trying to protect their towns, villages, communities etc. That law is a death wish for law abiding gun owners, who is going to enforce that idiotic scheme. The SC unwittingly put a target on their own backs, and law enforcement in general. Gorsuch and Thomas are right, Kennedy pussied out again, and Alito is still in outer space. |

That means that only 2 people out of ten thousand have a CCW permit. Californias are disenfranchised. Vocabulary.com Dictionary Advanced Search List Builder Random Word disenfranchised The adjective disenfranchised describes a person or group of people who are stripped of their power, like disenfranchised post-Civil War African Americans who were deprived of their right to vote even after being freed from slavery. Being disenfranchised is no fun. The rules work against you, your rights are constantly violated, and you have little power to change your life for the better. The Old French word enfranchir means “to make free,” and when you add the negative prefix dis-, disenfranchised means “made unfree.” A disenfranchised population doesn’t rest easy, and often they organize and fight back against their condition to demand their basic rights and freedom. |
