Neighboring Orange County actually loosened restrictions BECAUSE of 9th Circuit court decision.

Yes, this does limit the reasons to carry as California has had strict laws in this area for some time.

In California users must apply for CCW through the county, not state.

16,106 –The number of pending permits as of Dec. 31, 2014. This number has gone up every year since 2012, when there were fewer than 5,000 pending permits. Many are on hold until the 9th Circuit Court issues its final decision in Peruta v. San Diego County.

Looks like the SC non-action just put police at risk.

If I was law enforcement, I would look the other way.

I would not want to incur the wrath of gun owners trying to protect their towns, villages, communities etc.

That law is a death wish for law abiding gun owners, who is going to enforce that idiotic scheme.

70,000 permit holders you get .002.

That means that only 2 people out of ten thousand have a
CCW permit.
