The cross symbology was adopted from the pagan plus symbol for focus of power. That's why you see plus signed with circles everywhere in Christian Lita ture and architecture.

Jesus followers were never known by the cross.

The steeple is a pagan obilisk and an abomination to god, he frequently called for them to be destroyed.

Jesus followers were never known by the church steeple.

Blame the masons being commissioned to design architecture for bringing that filth into the church.

WRONG. The cross theme comes from the RESURRECTION OF THE SUN DURING THE EQUINOX. The sun rises northward on December 25th, hence why "jesus" aka the son/SUN was born/risen on that day. The four sides of the "cross" come from the FOUR seasons: Summer, Spring, Winter, and Fall. Your son of god dying on the cross for three days before being resurrected is a metaphor for the SUN dying (disaplearing) FOR THREE DAYS during the EQUINOX before it is resurrected.
