I rescued one that had fallen from a tree. Fed her formula until she was able to eat on her own.

I became so attached, letting her go nearly broke my heart. It's been a year and she has visited twice. She filled up on the nuts I gave her then dashed away.

Cute as could be when she would spend her day cuddled inside my pocket, but not so cute when she started chewing furniture. Squirrels are all muscle, they jump 15 feet and their claws are like needles. Mine would
jump on the fridge then leap onto you from across the room, not a critter meant for a cage. Sweet as babies and impossible to deal with as adults.

I look for her every time I'm in the yard, I got so attached to that darn squirrel

Had a little baby one waddle out from under my truck about a month ago, shivering like crazy.

Got her all nice and warmed, fed her some pedialite for hydration, clean off the fleas. Then took her to a squirrel rescue home.


I hate squirrels, bastards did over $500 of damage to my truck once, eating wires. But this little girl melted my heart.
