Sometimes the info, reason, answers etc are already there, in print. Some written many years ago, so if you're of a certain age you may well not have come across this stuff before, or perhaps thought that some modern-day new age guru had come up with the info all by themselves. Many times, what was planned behind closed doors has sometimes already been in print for years, for all to see, and other books contain some small gems of useful info.
