To be honest illinois never had citizens to tax on income, if it did they would have been able to kick the bad meat out of the building years ago. they have felons, not citizens, and they tax felons, not citizens. felons can't vote people out. and that's what makes illinois such an unforgiving place.

I live in Illinois, in a suburb, and its an exact microcosm of the corruption found in the city.
Taxes going up on everything, shit roads wherever you go, oh and not to mention all the shootings.
Rat faced rahm does nothing and everyone knows there is a huge heroin epidemic that everyone turns a blind eye to.
Absolutely sick of this shit hole and am currently moving out.
