THANK YOU. Finally someone is seeing this with some truth! The cops knew he was a danger. How does a mother, who knows her son has mental issues, allow her son access to her guns? These parents are culpable here, too, and so are the cops. He had how many run ins with the cops? 60? Jeez. What does it take? They all allowed for other folks to be endangered by leaving him free. Schizo can come from too much drug abuse.

Schizo people and marijuana don't mix. Also he was smoking k2 according to friends. The parents and police dept really dropped the ball and will be sued. I'm just curious if the botched priors were a case of political favors to the family. That would make the whole thing even worse

Kratz was a skinny crack head thief. He denied killing anyone and i believe him. Cosmo likely told him they were just robbing the kids. Kratz might have been scared of cosmo. Regardless in pa, committing a felony that leads to the death of someone is still considered murder. They both will be in jail the rest of their lives

Cosmos asshole is going to be so yuge this time next year and all his teeth will be knocked out for those nice gummy hummers.

I've seen photos in articles of what is probably their shore house. It's huge. Gorgeous, of course! Do you know where it is? The photo shows Cosmos up on the roof with some other guys.

Here's the photo. The caption says it's their Pennsylvania house, but that's a typical New Jersey shore house with the Adirondack chairs on the porch.

That Kratz's has the same sort of hair cut has Roof and Adam Lanza. Straight cut across the forehead w/ bangs. Strange.

I saw an article with all their properties listed. I didn't see a beach house included, not to say that they don't have one, everyone seems to in this area if you have any money. By the size of that house I would say LBI or avalon if I had to guess

Actually, he had worse injuries fairly recently, but I don't know if it was to the head.

Apparently one of his robberies didn't go so well. He was shot six times and is supposedly still recovering. He was in jail for part of that "recovery" too.

For the record, I'm not buying Cosmo's ATV accident BS either. Someone beat the shit out of him and deservedly so. Maybe it was one of his other targets/victims.

He made some odd statements on snapchat that made that injury sound like a fight or a beating. And to be honest, that face injury look like fingernail scratches to me.

All we have is his word that he was laying injured out in the forest for a day after an "accident." Yeah, sure pal.

My daughter lives at the shore. I'm 40 miles west. She's not in Avalon or LBI, but that house would be very typical type/size where she lives. That's why I asked if you knew where it was. It might not even be the DiNardo's. There are other kids in the photo. Perhaps another family's.

Couple things.

Went to look around a little and ALL the police around are being tight lipped and protecting property... Like theyre looking for something.

Someone said they are trying to find out if others missing in his age group are possible victims.

Heard from a 3rd, unrelated/linked person diNardo was taking pills and dope last they had heard.

Got involved with taking percocets beforeand has been linked to another dealer i know.

Bensalem police really pushed me hard to stay away from where i was (mechanicsville road area) not sure why.

Last 3 were killed because they knew about Jimmi Patricks dissapearrance.

Oh yeah, both perps are being kept very seperate, and insanity defense words have been tossed around for CD because of his past institution visit... Normally, co defendants are semi seperate and ride together to court and sometimes eat/rec together but theyre on seperate ends of bucks now.

This is another version heard around my way (NE Philly) that CD got Kratz to help him by luring him to Solebury with dope and crack. Then had the meeting set with the others that had feelings about Patrick missing/car deal

Yeah, I read that the police are asking a judge to transfer Kratz to another jail so they're not so close.

I'm sure they can still find a way to communicate through other inmates right now.

I would have DiNardo in 100% solitary in the medical/mental ward if I were them.

Im telling you guys, this is about opiate addiction at its roots.

This whole area is really under the control of fentanyl now, as heroin isn't even being sold.

These kids were dope sick and were trying to get well, that's why he tried to sell a car of a dead guy missing for a day...he only cared about getting unsick at that point and nothing else...sure Xanax was probably involved, they go hand in hand in Philly and the counties close by.

They are both on suicide watch in solitary for at least 30 days, its S.O.P. for big murder cases in PA

Poor Kids,I was in the hood so drove past Cosmo's street.Didn't see and police.Asked my 18 year Grandson what the word was on the street and you never heard such a crazy fractured story in your life.It was hard not to laugh.He was seeing Cosmo's sister a few years ago and was in their house .He never met Cosmo.I am still shook up over this.

So is this a closed case or will there be a huge trial?

Hearing at end of the month. We shall see how they plead.

What I find interesting is that all four of Cosmo DiNardo's victims were described as hard working...even Jimi who just finished his first year of college worked at a local pub. The only non-working piece of crap was Cosmo. I suppose his drug and gun running and burglary/robbery constituted work for him. I would not be surprised if his father grew sick and tired of his fat, lazy, psycho POS son just lazing around at 20 years old eating them out of house and home and demanding more spending money and cut him off. If he had a drug/pill problem, this would have sent him off the deep end as how would he pay for his habit? Hence, his grand scheme to lure these unsuspecting young men and kill them for some pocket change. He is the epitome of evil and I would not be surprised if he gets knocked off in jail or manages to commit suicide. He is a weak excuse for a human being that has been coddled his entire life by his mother and he will not adjust well to prison. It is only a matter of time.
