I cant look my balls,they are not beatiful and thank god i dont see them i have a big belly....

Why keep playing around with addiction?
Those of you suggesting prescription meds, pot, hobbies, etc are simply trading one addiction for another. An addiction is an addiction, which ones are "better" or "worse" is moot.
Addictions are an escape from your own reality. Why not face what was, to create what will be for yourself?
Detox like your life depends upon it, because it does. Addictions consume your very soul.

I am addicted to all,i eat to much allso,i am pretty sure i have a somekind of disorder mental,i tried ssri-s and not working for me,they put me even worst of my condicion

I wish I could but I'm such a weirdo if I don't drink around friends so on the weekends I almost have to. Pot used to work but over the years I've become real paranoid after smoking. If I could become more of a social person sober I'd ditch it, but I'm just always up in my own head to trying to have sober conversations is difficult for me. Probably has something to do with what I consider severe social anxiety, i know I know, pussy shit.

Find a sense of purpose. Envision the man you want to be and slowly start becoming it.

Exercise every day, even if it's just walking.

1. Change your diet radically. Start eating paleo. Throw away or give to a food bank all of your sugar, processed foods and wheat type foods.
