Let the philosophers mathematicians scientist psychologist, direct our lives for the better. Trust me will all benefit. I hear you, but that theory has failed society every time it has been tried. The role of government is not to direct our lives. I agree that it should not be to direct our lives, but there needs to be some sort of structure and clearly what we have now leads to corruption. TRUE philosophers, mathematicians, scientists, etc. work for logic and facts - not emotion. Therefore, it is almost impossible to corrupt these types of people. It's like trying to corrupt Data from Star Trek.
