Milk produced in Europe is equally as bad for your health as milk from the US because IGF-1 is naturally occurring in cow's milk. So even if you drank the most pristine milk from a cow that grazed on the heaven's fields, untouched by a human, you are ingesting naturally occurring growth hormones that promote cancer. They stay in milk even after pasteurization.

Healthy humans have ZERO need of outside sources of hormones. If you want to get fat and boost cancer growth in your body, by all means, go ahead and have dairy products, be it from cows, goats, sheep or whatever.

another thing, if you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, organic that is, and nothing monsanto related, get a juicer, and make each day juices out of those fruits and veggies, and i mean a juicer not a mixer, you will see that you will get all the nutrients you ever wanted, and you will never get sick or get cancer EVER..
