Beethoven was very good, as a somewhat brash and forceful Romantic.

However, my first musical love will always remain the Baroque.

Bach, Pachelbel, Albinoni, Vivaldi et al.

Sorry for the late reply :)
My net is really problematic right now :( oh well thats what you get for the "lite" package lol

I was actually thinking of transcribling this piece to guitar (electric) where I could tone shape the guitar sound to mimic the sound of oringinal instruments in the mvt. I think that would be kinda neat. Purely for entertainment purposes :)

I'm listening to Steely Dan, right now.

"The Royal Scam".

If you can lay a Jeff "Skunk" Baxter touch on your interpretation of Beethoven's 7th, then that would be "Peaches en Regalia", as far as I'm concerned.

Go for it!

get'r done :D

Actually I remember hearing it on the movie Immortal Beloved with Gary Oldman @ the scene with ruins? I think.

I saw it again the other day and had to search for it so I guess the first time I heard it was when I first saw that movie when it came out... Great movie BTW

Hey is anyone else here a Home studio musician? I have been for quite some time and have begun working on "conspiracy album" lol. I've been taking alot of idea's from here and hopefully get the ball rolling into full swing here.

It should be pretty interesting. Lots of progress stuff with strings and orchestra combinded with progress rock heavy metal that kinda thing and trying to stay tastefull at the same time... dunno if thats possible but we shall see :)
