I'd like someone to write a history about the funding of WWII on all sides. Where was all the money coming from for the arms, where was the gold being transferred when confiscated/stolen, etc. Why didn't Germany seize Switzerland and bomb the City Of London. Hitler was still leaving the international banking system intact in Europe. There's a hidden history there.
