Yeah, you don't just show up at a Dr office, and say...Hey Ive got a clot, can you take it out...Theres a lot missing from the story in the MSM.
Obviously he was in need of a peek into his decrepit skull, and they found something besides his little brain and decided to take it out.
At his age, even a small tumor would have been left alone.
