What's the best revenge on my company?

I was fired after telling my boss of a disability in 2013. My boss said " I need someone who can do the job". I didn't die them. The company was forced to rehire me when they got a government contract for the place I work at in 2016. Since I work for the company still doesn't that mean I can get them for the last time I was fired? I've already been sexually harassed by a supervisor. One supervisor was just fired for that. What's the best revenge on these bastards?
