Quite honestly, this provision needs to be kept in the healthcare bill.

Rehab and good quality menthol health care costs thousands. The average person who is going through a servee addiction or mental illness crisis cannot afford it any more than a person going through a heart attack or cancer treatment or any other illness.

They are all legitimate illnesses, and just because someone has a mental illness or an addiction doesn't mean that they should be without healthcare coverage. It's not a moral thing. i'ts an illness.

If you don't treat people, they will end up homeless and on the street. You wouldn't withhold care from a cancer patient, or a kidney patient, or a diabetic. Mental illness and addiction are also illnesses, as well.
