Wife will not diet/lose weight, will not stop eating mcdonalds and crap all the time

She refuses to eat ANY home cooked food and just wants to eat Mcdonalds, Chinese food, and other takeout stuff all the time. She has a big gut and has not done any exercise or dieting to lose her pregnancy weight from 2 and a half years ago.

Her answer is "I've just had a baby". This was 2 and a half years ago. Then she says I am being narrow minded and if i want a woman who is all about her appearance i should look for a shallow woman that is shallow and concerned about appearance like me. She said she is good on the inside and the outside shouldn't matter except to shallow people.

It's not like I am asking her to starve herself and look like a fucking supermodel, I am just asking her to make an effort with eating better and flattening her stomach. People keep asking if she's pregnant when we go out because her gut protrudes out so much.

Not only the weight, but the constant money spent on eating out at places like McDonalds costs a fucking fortune. We spend a ton on grocery shopping and then she won't eat any of it and wants to spend more on takeout food. I cook my own meals as she'd rather eat stuff like ramen noodles, microwave meals, etc
