Glorious grapefruit. I felt like crap all day, but not no more
man feeling like crap all day; just got up from a long nap. i just forced down a grapefruit and in minutes i felt like a new man!

reminds me of about 10-15 years ago in my heavy party days i briefly got into eating grapefruit for breakfast for the same reason. note to self: eat more grapefruit

just ate the one whole one and got another one ready to go

Grapefruit essential oil will reduce your appetite. Mix a few drops into a carrier oil and rub over your belly... you will find you go quite a while without feeling hungry.

Very cleansing in a bath too... just a couple drops.

ironically the reason i first started eating them years ago for breakfast was because i got addicted to drinking greyhounds - vodka and grapefruit - at the clubs

Oh man I love grapefruit.

Try juicing it with the pulp.

I don't like food, just juice.

I like to eat the flesh that goes into the rind of a grapefruit. I think to get the full benifit you need to consume all of it. Same with apples and the seeds. Thats where the B-17 hangs out.

Re: Glorious grapefruit. I felt like crap all day, but not no more
grapefruit sometimes has that effect on me...

i've been a victim of MULTRA-style attacks and torture for the last five years, openly .. since about october 2001.

this has included drugging/poisoning me. i suppose "drugging" is more accurate, because the effects are to make me sometimes very tired, sometimes to have difficulty focusing/concentrating. on a few occasions, when something was actually slipped into food i bought at a store/restaurant, it has been closer to a poison, because i would begin to feel very sleepy, slowing of pulse rate, and was afraid i was going to die.

THE POINT -- i've sometimes gotten VERY DRAMATIC antidote-like effects from eating a grapefruit. victims of these attacks are kept as helpless as possible, which includes sabotaging any employment. i think they had been giving me something that made me very tired, to interfere with my employment, and the grapefruit seemed to be an antidote for it. i've gotten less dramatic antidote-like effects from eating chocolate, and alcohol. i'm attacked in a variety of ways, and so i imagine that more than just one drug is used in these attacks.

Really? Do you let the seeds dry before planting? Well, this is interesting. I've recently started eating grapefruit, too. Is it okay to plant in a large pot first thing or start in a small pot?
