Haven't posted anything (officially) in a few years. but needed to vent today.

No doubt the blue pill is the drug of choice.

I don't fit in at all with the plastic society. I've moved away from the big city because the noise was deafening. The peace and quiet I have now is golden as are the people I've surrounded myself and family with.

What can you really do besides ignore it or let it be and go with the flow? Just reminds me of the movie with Nicholas Cage The Knowing where the sun wipes out humanity. The sun has been changing and getting hotter with UV rays increasing.

I live in Sydney, which I think has just been named the most expensive city on Earth. We have more toll roads here in Sydney than the entire UK. I dont want to do it any longer, it's a cesspool and very unhealthy. (If you're watching, yes DR, you were right all along)

OP, all these wars around the world, and 'enemies'.... all the money that govt's funnel into military. How much fuel in one day does the mightiest army in the world use? How much food? How much anything. Likely enough to feed and power a small country for a year.

Inspired me to say I hold GLP to a higher standard than most news sources but I must say that Half of the threads on GLP are a waste of time, ignorant, biased, sexual proclivities, etc. Waaaay down on the totem pole of what matters. I Would appreciate the option/ability to hit delete on the threads I find useless, and not have to review them over and over to see ones I am following or to find new ones. There is probably a work around that you all know about, if so, please share.

We have this now, only our resources are strained because the few own everything and deliberately inflict this upon us. That, too, will never change. Were they to be overthrown, a new 'few' would emerge to take everything because the masses are complacent. In my own estimation, complacency is the single greatest enemy of humanity. It is also the single greatest tool leveraged by the evil people of this world.

I know the feeling OP. It hits me every so often when I least expect it - the sudden realization that nothing is true. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Everything I've ever learned is a lie designed to keep me enslaved to the liars, whoever or whatever they are. In the past I could shrug it off in an hour or two and resume my life in the matrix, but now it happens several times a week and I can't shove it down anymore. I trust nothing. I believe nothing.

I was sitting at the bar and thinking about my dented hole in my left that's on the tragus. I woke up one day and it was there. My mom called it an alien implant. So apparently I'm being abducted by aliens and check the symptoms. I have all ten of them. Ten out of ten. Sometimes I wake up in the morning with bruises on my legs and thighs. Yes I seen ufos. Yes I have dreams of being taken. And here I am thinking whether it's the gov't doing it or real extraterrestrials. They look like green aliens with black eyes or sometimes cat eyes hidden in the blackness of those eyes. They tagged me like cattle. Tracking me down and studying me. Catalog me and everything. One time I woke up and my genitals were sore. Ouch! And I don't think they are breeding hybrids. Apparently I had some psychic coincidences and it runs in my family. My mom and my grandpa had the implant in their ear. I wasn't born with it so it's not a deformity. I had an ear infection in the left ear with the implant in that ear. I constantly get sinus cold/flus. Ugh . Anybody with info on this crap and who I can go to in general?

Thanks OP, I'm sure you put into words what a lot of us here are feeling.

exactly, it's not as if we daydream of doom, or expect the world to be a paradise either, but it is the constant drain of the parasitic almost literal vampires that exist in this world. The ideas of doom cross your mind from time to time whenever one realizes that at least when I die, the parasite feeding on me will starve also. It's kind of a gallows humor towards my own life. We don't go seeking death yet at times, would welcome it if it showed up. For at least we would be free from the chains that bind us.

You know I entered this world as an artist who wanted to create and change the world leaving it a better place, I will probably leave it realizing that I was just washed away through the sands of time like all the other souls who have traveled here.
