all curse or swear words represent the dysfunction in a society,that which is secret or controlled.
An example would be the use of body functions and or actions in America.....
prick,cunt ass hole,dick head,fuck

In French Quebec the word tabernacle, meaning the church tabernacle, is often used in the same way as fuck in English, except in sexual-related usage. It is only used as interjection, noun or adverb. Other Quebecois-French swear words (which are pretty much all of clergical origin) such as Christ or Calice are much more versatile.
