Sen Rand Paul Slams Asset Forfeiture As ‘Unconstitutional’

It violates the 4th Amendment so illegal asset forfeiture is unconstitutional. Seizing somebody's assets only because they seem to be doing something illegal is a sign of the police state and not a free country.

I forgot to add that the Fed robbed more in Dollar amounts last year through asset forfeiture than all other robberies put together.
