I don't think it's aliens! The ex, who I believe has negative attachments, said "don't put that on me" when I pointed out 1111 on the clock! It was an instinctive reaction on her part.

And they're Hero's. I used to call them Rangers, as in Rescue Rangers, one of the regular contact ones, was a bit like superman, that group there were strong chested men working with blonds in blue uniforms. My son called them MIB's but they weren't the ones depicted at all in all the accounts here, that are more like slenderman. But when I did a reverse speech talking into a microphone about the ufo sightings and memories of abduction, I called them Hero's. The group from childhood were nordic couple wearing a form fitting blue uniform, and then others.

There is never one group accessing however. Greys. Nordics. And others.

Work on your frequency and kindness to all others and nature, and the negative side will need permission to access. Don't give permissions, only like minded and Higher Mind that doesn't need permission should be around you. But if you ever experience abduction, focus literally on sending love and trying to be as kind as possible to them, it makes negative abductions disappear. And if you have faith, alot of prayer.
