We have locked mailboxes so our neighbors aren't stealing them. The postal employees are. They say they delivered them, and then they don't. I didn't get at least 8 of my packages over the past few years. My neighbors have all complained about missing packages too. We've filed complaints with the Post Master, etc. Not much is done about it. I will also say that "affirmative action" is alive and well here in Texas. That has a lot to do with our missing packages.
