Quick vid from a cops perspective:

A) Human excrement piece of shit lowlife who shouldn't be alive had his hand on gun when he was shot down

B) Since there was no way to determine if he was dead or alive and he wasn't following instructions, the prerogative is to end the threat. And it was ended for sure when 1 bullet cracked his brain in half.

C) Men who've taken multiple bullets from police have been known to kill police seconds from death.
