A dutch guy used to spend time in the little village I was staying in. He had rockets at the back of his van, and when clouds came, he used to go to the far neighboring area and fire his rockets, so the rain and hail would fall on other people's vine crops. By then, it had not enough power to get up to cat 1, not sure this time I had pictures taken from nullschool of canadian wind flow going from there along East cost down to FL in imgur but don't know how to embed here nor if it's even possible for ACs I wondered, when it suddenly changed direction and begun to feed and steer her to spend more time on Cuba than everyone was expecting, if it would not be "provocated" by something only Tesla and few other people would know how |
