The article claims that "hundreds" of "technicians" support NIST's theories. Do these people have names? I've only ever seen a handful of "experts" with the audacity to lend their names to the magical collapse hypothesis. Conversely, over eight hundred professionals have signed on to AE911truth. What is the actual breakdown in numbers? |

I was looking at the "viewer buzz" page and at first I thought this was a response by a viewer to them showing 9/11 challenges, but then I realized it wasn't . . .
"I would like to express my disgust with your new program schedule. I have a 20 month old son that loves watching Thomas and Friends in the mornings during the week. I was truely upset when I turned on the T.V. at 9:30am on Monday morning to see a different program was on. Shame on you. Thomas the train is more popular than ever. To reward many kids, mine including, you pull Thomas and Freinds off the air. I was considering membership to your station simply because I enjoy watching Thomas and Friends, and I get total enjoyment when I see my kids face light up when Thomas is on T.V. 80,000 New Yorkers have signed the petition. As with every other NYC ballot initiative, the City of New York is denying the will of its people to vote on the issues it considers most important.
NYC CAN responded by filing suit, and on September 9 the City conceded NYC CAN did in fact submit enough valid signatures to put the referendum before the voters. Now NYC CAN is battling to prove the petition is legally valid. On September 28, the referee will report on the petition's legality, and a final determination will be made in the days that follow.
On the eve of the referee's decision, let us take to the streets in the THOUSANDS on behalf of the families, first responders and survivors of September 11th and the 80,000 New Yorkers who signed the petition. As the climate ripens and public opinion continues to swing in favor of a new investigation, this is our opportunity to send a message like never before. If we stand together, we can make history.

The time line on 911 is crucial - especially for Bush; see here: "When Did Bush First Learn of the Attacks?" We know from historical live feed that Bush made a number of statements at the Booker Elementary School and after being informed about this attack, he sat there and continued to read about goats for another seven minutes. However, I have found by doing research, that questions asked using the Freedom of Information Act produced results that beg for answers. The presidential limousine is equipped with secure STU-III phones, not to mention a national security staff at the White House and all the intelligence apparatus money can buy. Yet, Bush seems not to have known what millions of people were watching live on TV?
And from this accurate time line: "Bush's Confused Recollection. Bush's own recollection of the first crash only complicates the picture. Less than two months after the attacks, Bush made the preposterous claim that he had watched the first attack as it happened on live television. This is the seventh different account of how Bush learned about the first crash (in his limousine, from Loewer, from Card, from Rove, from Gottesman, from Rice, from television). On December 4, 2001, Bush was asked: “How did you feel when you heard about the terrorist attack?” Bush replied, “I was sitting outside the classroom waiting to go in, and I saw an airplane hit the tower—the TV was obviously on. And I used to fly, myself, and I said, well, there's one terrible pilot. I said, it must have been a horrible accident. But I was whisked off there, I didn't have much time to think about it.” There was no film footage of the first attack until at least the following day."
What about any calls Bush received in his limo on the way to the Booker Elementary School? A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was made to the Defense Information Systems Agency for any and all visual transmissions to Bush before he ever got to that school. The FOIA was denied, but confirmed the records do exist, but are under control of the White House and the Executive Branch has no obligation to give them up. The recent revelation by the U.S. intelligence community that Iran, often put forward by Bush and Cheney as planning to attack everyone with atomic bombs, has been revealed to be utterly false.
In spite of these revelations, Bush continues to mumble and rant about his determination to attack Iran. There is an interesting, and frightening, background to all of this non-stop lying and it is not the weak character of George Bush or the manic viciousness of Dick Cheney.
The Pentagon has long been outraged at the piecemeal destruction of both the U.S. Army and the Marine Corps in the meat grinder that Iraq has become. They know who the real culprits are because they have identified them and been reading their top secret messages for two years now.
Are they listening to the White House? No, they are watching Israel like a hawk, reading their top secret diplomatic and military traffic, getting reports almost daily from U.S. intelligence personnel stationed in Israel and they have long ago extended their surveillance to the Israeli diplomatic messaging.
From this, they have built up a massive dossier that shows very clearly that the driving force behind the Iraq invasion and now, the frenzy to attack Iran is purely Israeli.
That country has so subverted our official institutions with money as the carrot and attacks by their almost complete control of the American print and television media as the stick. Israel has used the neo-cons to put forward Israel’s needs to Bush…who listens raptly and obeys without question.
They hated Saddam Hussein because he dared to fire rockets into Israel during the Gulf War and they suggested that if American forces destroyed their enemy, we could all share in the revenues from Iraqi oil. That this plan collapsed is certain but most Americans do not know that the so-called “Yellowcake uranium” story upon which Bush based his war was a pure Israeli invention.
Now, with even the possibility that Iran might be working on an atomic bomb, a bomb which would certainly be used against Israel, that country has doubled and redoubled its clandestine efforts to push America into pulling their chestnuts out of the Mideast fire.
Israel, according to intercepted conversations by the Pentagon (and now circulating in Washington) is prepared to fight to the last American life. And those who mourn the young American dead and mangled soldiers in Iraq do not need to look at the manic and deluded White House but to Tel Aviv who killed and maimed their sons, brothers, fathers and husbands.
In a very true sense, the leaking of the report on the halt in the Iranian atomic development program was a form of very high level mutiny on the part of Bush’s military high command. This was not any kind of an error but a deliberate and hopefully successful, plan to force the United States away from blind obedience to Israel’s murderous wishes.
Bush made no objections when the Israeli government told him they were going to flatten Beirut and they quickly resupplied the IDF with more cluster bombs whose sole purpose was to kill civilians. When Hezbollah struck back, rocketing sacred Israel and doing terrible damage to the IDF, Israel demanded that Bush send American troops to help them kill more Arabs. Bush could not because, thanks to Israeli demands, our troops were pinned down in a vicious guerrilla war in Iraq. Now, we see that Israel is livid with rage because of the revelations of the American intelligence community and are bending every effort to get their co-religionists in America to continue to demand American military action against Iran.
In the long view, it would be better if we threw out the neocons, most of whom are Israeli citizens, stopped all military aid to that instigator of death and destruction, disbanded the AIPAC organization, and warned the American media that this is the United States, not Israel, and that there are times when silence is golden.
All of this manipulation is becoming very obvious, even to the chronically disinterested American public and if you stop up the spout of a boiling tea kettle, the lid always blows off.” |

Irving Kristol, godfather of the right dies

As the godfather of neoconservatism, Irving Kristol blazed a trail. The progressive movement could use a figure like him.
Few intellectuals of the 20th century were the equal of Irving Kristol, who died today at age 89, in terms of political influence. His journey from left to right from the 1940s to the 1970s was one that many others would follow, but he blazed the trail.
In the 1930s, he was a Trotskyite. Many a history exists describing the circle of formidable Jewish intellectuals who studied at City College of New York in Harlem – Kristol, Sidney Hook, Alfred Kazin, Irving Howe and many others. In those days, tables at the cafeteria were divided between Stalinists and Trots. Debates were ferocious, but it was assumed that one was on the left.
Things stayed that way for a long while. Even when Kristol was co-editing Encounter out of London with Stephen Spender in the 1950s, and even with that journal's infusions from the CIA, it was a magazine of the anti-communist liberal-left.
Kristol's swerve to the right began in the 1960s during the Great Society. The Public Interest was the journal he co-founded with Daniel Bell in 1965 and edited first with Bell and later with Nathan Glazer. It wasn't, in its early days, avowedly conservative, but it did challenge liberal orthodoxies. By the 70s, it was firmly on the right, as was Kristol (yes, by the way, he's Bill Kristol's father).

Michael Harrington, the democratic socialistic, first came up with the word "neoconservatism". He didn't mean it as a compliment, but Kristol appropriated it and said it suited him fine. In those days, neoconservatism was not chiefly a foreign-policy doctrine – that came later, during Ronald Reagan's time – but more an attempt to use the tools of social science to demonstrate that government programmes weren't working. The journal had tremendous movement-building influence.
I probably couldn't find much of anything the man wrote that I would agree with, but acquaintances and friends of mine who were his contemporaries always said he was a genuine and formidable intellect, a very good editor and a nice man.
That last quality came through some years ago in a fascinating documentary film called Arguing the World, which traced the careers of Kristol, Glazer, Bell and Howe. If you ranked them left to right, you'd say: Howe, Bell, Glazer, Kristol.
Of the four, Howe was closest to my political views, although certainly to my left. As I watched, I kept more or less agreeing with him. But I also observed that disposition-wise, he seemed the unhappiest of the lot. And in fact, it tracked perfectly from left to right. Howe was sullen and a little acidic, Bell was a touch short-tempered but less dour than Howe, Glazer was basically sunny but a little cutting and Kristol seemed a completely happy fellow who hardly had a complaint in the world.
Well, things had gone his way since those long-forgotten days at City College, so why not? But his disposition may have been a matter of conviction as well. He once said: "The trouble with traditional American conservatism is that it lacks a naturally cheerful, optimistic disposition. Not only does it lack one, it regards signs of one as evidence of unsoundness, irresponsibility." I guess he really meant it.
We'll leave considerations of his responsibility for neoconservatism's effects on the world for another time. For now, let's just say that the left could have used its own Irving Kristol, and it still could.

One cannot escape that no matter how many Projects for the New American Century is concocted.
It is important to note that Irving Kristol swung from "left" to "right" throughout his wicked political career. Another indicator that there IS no real left or right. Only personal interest which these evil people have been propogating for decades. Note also this is no attack on anyone of Jewish descent or origin (myself being someone who has many close Jewish friends ). It is though an attack on people of all colors and creeds who misuse their "intellectualism and ideology" for financial and political gain.
Something too many people have been doing for far too long.
The godfather of the necons may be dead. But the sons remain. And so do their ideology and now with a new face -neo-liberalism
Its up to us to win this fight.

Former Italian President Francesco Cossiga, who revealed the existence of Operation Gladio, has told Italy's oldest and most widely read newspaper that the 9-11 terrorist attacks were run by the CIA and Mossad, and that this was common knowledge among global intelligence agencies. In what translates awkwardly into English, Cossiga told the newspaper Corriere della Sera:
"All the [intelligence services] of America and Europeknow well that the disastrous attack has been planned and realized from the Mossad, with the aid of the Zionist world in order to put under accusation the Arabic countries and in order to induce the western powers to take part in Iraq [and] Afghanistan."
Cossiga was elected president of the Italian Senate in July 1983 before winning a landslide election to become president of the country in 1985, and he remained until 1992.
Cossiga's tendency to be outspoken upset the Italian political establishment, and he was forced to resign after revealing the existence of, and his part in setting up, Operation Gladio. This was a rogue intelligence network under NATO auspices that carried out bombings across Europe in the 1960s, 1970s and '80s. Gladio's specialty was to carry out what they termed "false flag" operations-terror attacks that were blamed on their domestic and geopolitical opposition.
In March 2001, Gladio agent Vincenzo Vinciguerra stated, in sworn testimony, "You had to attack civilians, the people, women, children, innocent people, unknown people far removed from any political game. The reason was quite simple: to force the public to turn to the state to ask for greater security."
Cossiga first expressed his doubts about 9-11 in 2001, and is quoted by 9-11 researcher Webster Tarpley saying "The mastermind of the attack must have been a sophisticated mind, provided with ample means not only to recruit fanatic kamikazes, but also highly specialized personnel. I add one thing: it could not be accomplished without infiltrations in the radar and flight security personnel."
Coming from a widely respected former head of state, Cossiga's assertion that the 9-11 attacks were an inside job and that this is common knowledge among global intelligence agencies is illuminating. It is one more eye-opening confirmation that has not been mentioned by America's propaganda machine in print or on TV. Nevertheless, because of his experience and status in the world, Cossiga cannot be discounted as a crackpot. |

The list of credible critics just keeps getting longer.
The closer we get to the tipping point, the higher chances are that the next "9/11" event will be staged to divert attention away from the real perps. I fear that in the aftermath our main means of communication, the Internet, will be either shut down or radically censored/controlled. We need to plan for this possibility.

We need to get this right..AJ shouldn't hurt us...and CI
We really need to get this interpretation absolutely right. We cannot allow AJ's looseness to get us attacked as being manipulators of the truth.
As to what to do regarding the loss or control of the internet...I suggest that you consider CI...Civil Informationing in your own neighborhoods.
CI...Civil Informationing helps create a grassroots system of contact and information disemmination.
Believe it or not, CI has been fairly well thought out.
AND...CI disables cointelpro to manuever activism groups to be manipulated into self destruction...too many small groups handing out DVDs and other info...not enough cointelpro agents to go around!
BTW...after years of suggesting that the nation's major peace groups to do less major actions and more local actions...they are beginning to make the change into local actions...
Hooray for CI....and for the 9/11TM!

Broke the news on air tonight. 4,000 word cover story on FBI translator turned whistleblower Sibel Edmonds in The American Conservative to hit stands and web tomorrow, by former CIA agent Phil Giraldi.

She also notes that the story is currently online available online to subscribers only until Monday when they'll release "a major press release" along with the print version out the same day. The story should then be available to all online on Tuesday.

Not much of a surprise by now. After all, what U.S. media would possibly care about members of the U.S. Congress and high-ranking State and Defense Dept. officials taking bribes, being blackmailed, and enabling the theft and sale of U.S. nuclear secrets? Even if the allegations came under sworn and video-taped deposition by a former FBI translator who overheard such things first hand. Non-story, apparently. |

I respect the men who had the balls to call Chertoff and question the official story of 9/11. However, I feel that by making assertions they can't really prove they are setting themselves up to be written off as paranoid loons. What the truth movement needs to do is get its foot in the door and get people to admit that there was definitely something fishy going on with 9/11. The first man who called in, on his second call, brought up the fact that 6 members of the 9/11 commission have admitted on public record that the commission was bogus.
The caller should have said something like "Mr. Chertoff, it is a matter of public record that 6 of the members of the 9/11 commission have stated that the commission was hogwash. There is a book by Thomas Keane, the head of the commission, called 'without precedent' in which he states that information was obviously being withheld from him by the pentagon and FAA. I am not asserting that 9/11 necessarily was an inside job, because I'm not an insider and therefore I can't really know for sure, but when men on the commission, who would be in a position to know, are publicly questioning the official story, it's only rational to suspect that there could be some kind of a cover-up. With that in mind, will you not admit that there is at least a possibility that important information about the 9/11 terrorist attacks is being withheld from the public? Thank you for your time Mr. Chertoff and I eagerly await your response"
While that might seem like a wimpy or toned down question, it's actually a much tougher question to ask Chertoff because he can't just label the person a "conspiracy theorist" or a "holocaust denier". It would put him on the spot and force him to admit that something's not right about the 9/11 story. These are the type of questions that the truth movement have to start asking, rather than immediately posing allegations about thermite or missiles which they can't really prove.
I'd really like to get some feedback on this because I feel I'm raising a relevant point. There's a lot of bunk and useless discussion that goes on this site, and when someone makes a good post it frequently gets ignored. I know I could make a thread like "OMG I found out my fiance is bisexual should I still marry him?" and I would get plenty of replies. The main point I have is that the callers just aren't approaching this issue correctly, and I'd like to get some replies even if you just want to say "right on!" on tell me I'm wrong |

When the Israeli national Michael Chertoff, became the new head of the Department of Homeland Security in February 2005, I wrote an article in which criticized the U.S. Senate and controlled press for not discussing the fact that he is an Israeli national.
Michael Chertoff, an Israeli national through his mother - the first El Al hostess and Mossad agent, is Secretary of Homeland Security and was the Asst. Attorney General responsible for the Criminal Division of the Dept. of Justice from 2001 to 2003.
It is absolutely outrageous that a foreign national should be in charge of U.S. "Homeland Security." The fact that Chertoff's mother was the first hostess on El Al and involved in secret Mossad missions is all the more troubling.
Michael Chertoff, as Asst. Attorney General of the United States in charge of the Criminal Division of the Dept. of Justice, PERSONALLY supervised and controlled the entire FBI non-investigation of 9-11 and is the person who has obstructed justice and blocked access to the evidence since September 11, 2001.
Chertoff is the co-author, along with Viet Dinh, of the USA PATRIOT Act, signed into law October 26, 2001. As head of the Justice Department's criminal division, he advised the Central Intelligence Agency on the legality of TORTURE TECHNIQUES in coercive interrogation sessions.
From 2001 to 2003, he headed the criminal division of the Department of Justice, leading the prosecution against terrorist suspect Zacarias Moussaoui. In this role, Chertoff was central in creating the 9-11 myth by providing the list of the 19 Arab suspects and SUPERVISING the FBI's confiscation of evidence and the non-investigation of 9-11.

Default 9-11-01 - don't let it slide into JFK oblivion...
It WAS a COUP. A MAJOR coup. A coup that changed the direction of a Nation, and an entire World. A coup by CONSPIRATORS who are "getting away with murder".
The "cover-up" is completely "bi-partisan". The "new administration" will NOT investigate again. On the contrary, it will "deep-six" anyone within the administration who "dared" to express any "doubts" about the "official version" of events (see Van Jones, for instance). With the blessing of the "Republican Party Leadership", to boot.
Friends, patriots, constitutionalists, TRUTHERS (not "twofers" - as the accomplices -before or after the fact- would name us...) must NOT LET 9/11 BECOME ANOTHER JFK "dunno"...
Remember that the Congressional Investigation into JFK in the 80s CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THERE WERE MORE THAN ONE GUNMAN - yet, to this day, you get "History Channel" shows "proving" the "single bullet thesis". Re-writing history to the convenience of those who COMMITTED THE CRIME!

When 6 of the members of the 9/11 commission have publicly admitted that the commission was bogus it's only rational for someone to suspect that information is being withheld by the government. I don't know the truth about 9/11 but I know that the official story is bullshit. If Obama were really about change and transparency he would order a new 9/11 investigation

This is gonna be big, radically big. Heads up folks, the establishment is cracked and about to come undone. Sadly they will not go quietly into the night, they'll go kicking and screaming. High level alert for a False Flag attack or the Swine Flu bio attack. They are at the end of their rope. Reports about Netanyahu being pushed out of Putin's office by Putin himself after rejecting 100 billion dollars in gold bribes appears to be an example of the China-Russia-Brasil Pact trumping the old school FED-Bank of England-Israeli gang. Obama backing down from the missile defense in Poland shows a clear indicator of who is the new boss. That means the rooster is coming home to roost. The only problem is they don't have a handle on the USA with the Truth and Liberty movement surging. We are gonna see a fight. This is the time for everybody to get on board and full steam ahead before they can get a better foothold. This Sibel Edmonds piece in the American Conservative needs to be plastered everywhere. Seems the Turkish lobby and the Israeli lobby are good pals,
And Sibel seems pretty sure that Turkish intelligence and the Israelis are running some joint operations in the US. See the following article from Sibel's blog:
