If so, it would be the first "interstellar object" to be observed and confirmed by astronomers." Quoting: freedom123 They say it came from the direction of Vega, made famous by the movie Contact. Here is knowledge, someone accidentally let this information out because they didn't realize what it was. If you run the JPL orbit simulation it just might say something "they" are not. Make sure you change the angle of Earths closest approach to A/2017 U1 in the diagram. Then ask yourself if we wanted to send a probe to a habitual zone from above a stars elliptic, just how would we do it? Astro will even have a problem with this one for explanation. The truth is stranger than fiction. RAMA anyone? |
