Thank you for finding that ! The shrubster told me that the buildings were prewired, in 1972.
This interview would seem to confirm that Bush, the BinLaden's, and the building designers did know each other.

What if the military drills were planned with the winning team getting set the explosions at the top of the first tower? And, the reward would be a movie like lift off of the top of the building by chopper ?
