Anybody with RH negative can become RH positive if they survive an infection. All it is is an immune factor - a defense mechanism you may or may not have.
People without it are deficient in the same numbers that you find in any community where inbreeding has started to cause genetic defects.
Look at who has the highest cases of RH negative: closed, xenophobic cultures.
Myth Busted. Get educated please.
