I am A negative and when I was pregnant with my daughter (also A negative), my blood pressure dropped to 70/30 and stayed in that area until she was born. It has always run very low, usually around 110/70. But it is so low at times, that those blood pressure machines that automatically pump the cuff will not register it, and they always have to manually take my pressure and it usually takes them a while to get it. My body temp also stays around 96 degrees. And my IQ is 122, btw. Periodically throughout my life, I have had visions, and I am very intuitive, and my daughter is somewhat clairvoyant also.
