At about 30 minutes into the interview, Laffolet says that Saudi engineers from the Bin Laden Construction Company, brought over to assist in the construction, asked him where he would put demolition devices in the towers. He said that the bin Laden family knew where all the demolition charges were and that buildings then were built with demolition charges in them to help bring them down quickly.

Yes. But it is another thing to have one of the architects ACTUALLY SAY THAT EXPLOSIVES WERE BUILT INTO THE TOWERS. This now explains how the explosives got into the towers. It's EXPLOSIVE NEWS WITH enormous IMPLICATIONS FOR THE 9/11 TRUTH MOVEMENT.

Why would one of the primary architects working on WTC lie about this? It explains how WTC 7 was demolished so quickly, too.

The 9/11 Commission would not include such information even if they were ever told it (which I doubt) because it destroys the official explanation that it was their job to prepare, namely, that fire and the planes' impact brought down the towers.

So they were regularly replaced. And fire inspectors were kept out of the picture.

the most illogical part of this claim by the OP is the shelf life of explosives.

there is already ample proof that in weeks leading up to 9-11, agents of destruction planted explosives. George Bush's cousin Marvin was in charge of WTC security at the time.

Its funny, dont know it this is true or not, but this same idea came to me shortly after 9/11, i figured that mabe they had bombs built into the buildings incase something ever did happen and they didnt want them falling into other buildings and could bring em down quick. just an idea i had, not proff, not disinfo, just a dumb idea i had..

No this doesn't make sense....they needed for 1000's to be killed and this revelation just can't be allowed. It will be debunked at all costs.

The fact is that all high rise buildings are analyzed for structural moments and loads and shear points. This is critical info to plan a demolition to know the key structural members and loading analysis if these get removed. Remember the design of the WT towers was so radical regarding the exterior structural design, which the architectural firm had to prove the design analysis of what would happen if a plane flew into the building. There own analysis proved that the building would withstand multiple penetrations since the inner core was it's own self supporting mechanism and attached to the exterior walls via the trusses to create the wide open floor plan.

Then on top of all that analysis there is a design safety factor built in to account for weight, cyclic loadings due to the wind of rocking back and forth so often, corrosion allowance, floor loadings, seismic influences, hurricane winds, you name it, it was factored into those buildings.

As they were built the extra strong steel was used with certified failure tensile yield strength well into the 1000's of degrees. The I and H beam members were many inches thick. The tower supports were anchored deep down into the only bedrock available on the tip of Manhattan which is why they had to create a bath-tub in order to make the foundation.

As the building went up it was fire-proofed with asbestos spray on fireproofing material. All the truss member were fire-proofed. This building represented the state of the art of sky-scraper design and technology.

And yes, one dirty little secret. The architects were asked how could these buildings be brought down in the middle of the city if the buildings ever outgrew or lasted beyond their usefulness. Back to the drawing board, more calculations and so when the building was built, key access doors and hatches were built into the design to allow for access to those points where the charges would have the best effect to drop the building down in a controlled manner. These are the missing architectural documents mysteriously lost.

You wouldn't need to blow every floor, you just need to get the mass moving and build momentum, and gravity provides a huge helping hand. The planes were a diversion to create the cover story of terrorists.

This was meticulously planned. The script was written long time ago, the neo-cons got their new pearl harbor. The public reacted exactly as planned, and things were going smoothly except some things happened that they didn't necessarily anticipate. But try as they did to overcome using "expert witnesses", creating a "conspiracy nut job" environment, and then disseminating counter-intelligence to mix things up. I was the metrologest, gage technician who set and calibrated all the measuring devices in the plant for over 18 years. ...

We had a team of consultants hired by Otis Elevator to supervise and inspect all aspects of those commutators we produced for those motors. That were being made for the largest ever Twin Towers going up in Asia. Otis Elevator had the elevator contract for providing the elevators. The lead consultant engineer would always come into my gage calibration lab to watch and inspect my setting up and calibration of gages for measuring the components we were producing for the assembly of those motors. ...

One day, as the lead consultant engineer was in my lab talking just about "stuff", I asked him, "Sometime in future, in 50 years or so, how are these Twin Towers are going to be taken down as tall as they were going to be and as tight as land is in a crowded city, without causing fast destruction to other buildings?"

He was standing upright. He outstretched his right arm with his palm down. And said, "Bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam" as he lowered his hand down one imaginary floor at a time. All the way down to the floor. I knew that we had to certify these commutators to be able to operate continuously for 50 years without service or repair as our part of the contract. He explained that as the buildings are being built, explosive charges are being incorporated into the structures at key floor joint locations. So, that when the first charges are set-off at the top floors, they will take that floor down to the next. And the charges at that floor will take it down to the next floor. This will continue all the way down. The Twin Towers will come straight down like a stack of pancakes. When the buildings get old and no longer useful or profitable to have and maintain, all it will take is a phone call to take them down.

So, you see, Jeff, no one had to sneak into the buildings of the WTC in New York and plant charges during a terror drill or a practice fire drill. They were already there...built into the buildings when they were constructed, just waiting for the call to detonate; waiting for the day when the buildings were no longer profitable to keep and maintain for whatever economic reasons of their owners and controllers. ...

Again, it is my contention and stipulation that when those buildings were being constructed, shaped charges were set into the joints at key places....waiting for they day when the buildings were to be declared obsolete and to be demolished by the powers that be. This way, they could be taken down...one floor down onto the next...all the way to the ground. This is also the plan for those highest Twin Towers in the World that are standing in Asia. What needs to done. Is for someone to get the "real" full constructions blue prints, building plans for those building in question. It may show, in detail, what I have said about them.

Was my understanding also when I heard about explosives installed in the buildings long before this thread.

In case of severe damage caused by hurricane force winds or an earthquake rated above what the building could handle, explosives would bring the buildings down safely. It may seem crazy but I think it is totally plausible that this kind of emergency system was legitimately installed in the towers!

Think about it, if the buildings were damaged to a degree that they had to come down or were going to come down on their own in an uncontrolled manner....

SO, why didn't this come out before? How convenient. What about the dead fireman that saw guys placing explosives in the basements. He knew his time was short.
