The Media Keeps Us in a Constant State of Intrigue during these Events
Whenever one of these major events comes down like 9/11, Columbine, Oklahoma bombing, the media keeps dribbling out a constant stream of "facts" which sometimes contradict each other.

We can't prove or disprove any of these "facts" for ourselves.

All we can go by is what "they" tell us.

These facts are designed to keep us in a constant state of intrigue and confusion.

Such as...

He was a loner.

He had a girlfriend.

He hated rich kids.

He came from a rich family himself.

He was a student.

No one recognized him as a student.

Etc.

The public gets swept up in this torrent, endlessly debating and analyzing these "facts" that "they" have given us.

The newspapers and airwaves are filled with this. It consumes our thoughts.

With so many facts and contradictions and things that don't make sense and things that don't add up, the end result is confusion.

And that's the mark of a government psy-op.

I was thinking blackouts, like The Capitol and Towers 'power outages'.

This is the mark of a slip in/slip out operation.
