Auras -- can anyone see their own?

I can see my own. Just hold up my hand and look at it. If I want a full view I go to a mirror.

Mmmm . . . . . well, I usually can just see it. But, someone once told me when I was learning exactly what that colored stuff was I was seeing around everyone, that the best way to learn how to see your own aura was to hold your hand up against a white wall, fingers spread and bring your eyes out of focus as you look between them.

You should see a colored light slowly start to grow in thickness between them.

auras(from my perspective) look like colored silouettes around people and things, yes things! trees here give off a white aura

sensed a few of you allow this old person to type it out
spectrumblue, your aura is deep red at your center(shoulders to waist) mixed with pale yellow(waist to knees) and bits of light purple and faded grey at the crown(shoulders to top of head)
red = physical body..horny much
yellow = indicitive of inner joy/spiritual developement
lavender = spiritual/one who might experience a nde/obe
the faded grey = dark inner thoughts feelings of being caged

if mickey or phoenix would like to know theirs more than happy to oblige
