Your post gave me a chill when I read the title Sigma. Apparently they don't know who the armed man is yet. My bet is an employee of some sort. If you saw their security you'd agree. Hard to get into the grounds unnoticed.

A building at the Johnson Space Center was evacuated Friday afternoon after a report that a man with a weapon was inside.

"A person with a weapon was in Building 44," confirmed NASA spokesperson Kylie Clem.

NASA security responded and HPD was called.

More than 15 police cars could be seen outside the building from Air 11.

HPD is also sending SWAT.

At least one ambulance was also sent to the scene, but there have been no reports of injuries so far.

Building 44 houses the communications and engineering departments.

AIR 11

Evacuated employees gathered outside building 44.

Clem couldn't say for certain how many employees worked in the building.

Several workers could be seen standing outside the building.
