Another week, another assault on the collective human psyche. For Cho Seung-Hui at Virginia Tech, see: Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold (Columbine High School massacre); Thomas Hamilton (Dunblane Primary School massacre); Jeffrey Weise, (Red Lake High School massacre); Charles Carl Roberts IV (Amish school massacre); and Martin Bryant (Port Arthur massacre).
See also Sirhan Sirhan, wrongly convicted of murdering Robert Kennedy, brother of JFK; Mark Chapman, who killed John Lennon; and John Hinckley Jr; who shot Ronald Reagan. And see endless other acts of violence and murder, and countless 'suicide bombers'.
See what? See mind-controlled assassins programmed to do what they did to create the fear and terror which, through problem-reaction-solution, brings changes in society that would not otherwise be 'justified'. The same force that does the deed with its programmed patsies, then offers the solution - more impositions by the state and more destruction of basic freedoms, to 'protect' people from these 'wanton acts of violence'. Cho Seung-Hui, who killed 32 people at Virginia Tech in the town of Blacksburg, is the latest assassin from the Manchurian production line.
Mind programming is now highly developed and sophisticated. It fractures the mind into self-contained compartments, which are called 'alters', none of which are aware of the existence of the others. The mind is honeycombed with amnesic barriers. The mind-doctors create a 'front alter', which is the person's usual 'personality' that they, and people they meet, think is 'them'.
The 'back alters', in the subconscious, are programmed with instructions and tasks, and they lie dormant like a computer program that's not being used. Then, when the programmed trigger is given (a word, sentence, sound, colour, whatever), the back alter replaces the front alter as the dictator of behaviour.
The victim carries out the task according to programming and, when it is complete and the front altar returns, the person will remember nothing about what happened in the time in between. When the programming is for a mass killing or assassination, the front alter 'personality' is constructed to be distant, 'strange', obsessed with something or someone, and 'not the full picnic'. So, when the killing takes place, people describe them to the media in terms that support the cover story of a 'lone nutter'. Psychiatric treatment and drugs, like the antidepressant, Prozac, are often part of the programmed profile.
Notice a pattern here?
Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold
Killed 12 students and a teacher at Columbine High School, Colorado, in 1999, although other professional marksmen could have been involved.
Harris and Klebold were said to be 'unpopular outsiders' and also in the mix was psychiatric treatment, psychotropic drugs and violent video games. 18-year-old Eric Harris was on the antidepressant, Luvox, while Dylan Klebold's autopsy that would have revealed drugs in his system was never made public. It was claimed they were obsessed with Nazi philosophy, although this could be part of the cover story.
After the massacre, they killed themselves, which programmed assassins are often encoded to do. It means there is no public trial and no investigation into what really happened.

Thomas Hamilton
Killed sixteen small children and a teacher at Dunblane Primary School in Scotland, in 1996. After the shootings, he killed himself.
Thomas Hamilton was a paedophile Freemason and former scout leader who was connected to famous names in Scottish politics. Documents on the case were ordered to be kept secret for 100 years. Even though this ban was lifted under public pressure, many documents are still kept secret. Hamilton was a loner and obsessed with guns and young boys. Brian Fairgrieve, former county commissioner for Boy Scouts in Stirlingshire, told the police that he thought Hamilton's actions were 'almost paranoiac', and he said he had 'the appearance of being on psychiatric drugs'.
Numerous complaints about his paedophilia were ignored by police who said it was okay for him to have pictures of half naked boys at his home 'because they had pants on'. Detective Sergeant Paul Hughes, the former head of Central Scotland Police's child protection unit, wrote a damning report in which he recommended that Hamilton's gun license be revoked because of his 'unsavory character' and 'unstable personality'. This, like his paedophile activities, was ignored.
Dunblane resident, George Robertson, then the NATO Secretary General, sued the Sunday Herald over claims about his connections to Hamilton made on the paper's public web forum.

Jeffrey James Weise
Killed nine people, seven of them at the Red Lake High School in Minnesota. He then killed himself.
Jeffrey James Weise was a Native American who lived on the Red Lake reservation. He was described as a loner, had a fascination with the Nazis (as the Columbine killers are alleged to have done), and frequently wrote about zombies in his online posts. He was under the influence of the antidepressant, Prozac, produced by the Bush family-connected pharmaceutical giant, Eli Lilly.

Mark Chapman
Killed John Lennon, a man the authorities had targeted for decades, in 1980
Mark Chapman was another former psychiatric patient who was described as delusional and psychotic. He was a fan of Lennon , but then turned against him. He said that he spent the day of the murder 'fighting his demons, praying for help from God to overcome his desire to kill Lennon'.
The demons (programming) prevailed. He later said: 'I was in a very confused, dark place ... I believe that if I really wanted to, I could have changed my mind; I had ample opportunity to do it and I didn't do it and I regret that deeply'. In fact, he couldn't do it, because he was following the program.

The profiles of these 'lone nutters' and strange people who carry out these mass and targeted assassinations (and some who are wrongly accused of doing so), are remarkably similar because they are products of the same programming techniques. The case of Sirhan Sirhan is a blatant example of the mind-program.
Sirhan was a mind-controlled patsy who is still in jail for the murder of Robert Kennedy (a man he apparently 'worshipped') at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles in 1968, as Kennedy campaigned to become US President. As I said in And The Truth Shall Set You Free, the real killer was Thane Eugene Caesar, a security guard and asset of the Meyer Lansky crime syndicate, a strand of the Illuminati. This, and the mind-control to which Sirhan Sirhan was subjected, was confirmed by his late lawyer, Lawrence Teeter. You can hear Teeter's detailed explanation of the background at [link to www.kpfa.org] . I highly recommend you give it a listen, because it explains so well how these mind-controlled assassins are used and how what really happened is covered up. Teeter became Sirhan's lawyer in 1994 and tried unsuccessfully to secure a! retrial. He died from lymphatic cancer in 2005.
In the weeks before Kennedy was killed, Sirhan Sirhan, joined the Ancient Mystical Order of the Rosicrucians and followed their mail order course on 'how to control your mind waves'. He learnt how to put himself into a trance by staring into his own eyes in a mirror. During these trances, it is claimed, he began to write down incoherent threats of violence and assassination, which he didn't remember doing. Sirhan thought he saw Kennedy's face come out of the mirror towards him and he wrote 'Kill Kennedy' in his trance notebook. Sirhan could consciously remember nothing of the night that Kennedy died.
Robert Kennedy
According to the account given by Sirhan under hypnosis to psychiatrist, Bernard L. Diamond, he felt lonely and just happened to remember a girl he knew from high school who, he thought, could be found at the Ambassador Hotel. Purely by 'chance', Bobby Kennedy's event was taking place there that same night. Sirhan drifted around the hotel for some hours getting himself drunk (he didn't normally drink at all). At about eleven o'clock he decided to go home - his last conscious memory of the night.
He described walking out to his car, but he felt too ill and drunk to drive. He noticed his gun on the back seat and, concerned it might be stolen, he hid it in the top of his trousers. Back in the hotel, he drank coffee with a 'dark, attractive' (never identified) woman, known as 'the woman in the polka-dot dress'. Witnesses saw them together and it was she who gave him the mind-control triggers. On the way to buy another coffee, he said he found himself in an alcove with 'dazzling lights and mirrors'. He felt dazed and bewildered. Mirrored doors led to the hotel kitchen, but he didn't go through them. Instead, he went to the kitchen by a longer route. Sirhan was in a hypnotic trance like those he experienced with the 'Rosicrucian course'.
He told Diamond of how he leaned on a table feeling sleepy and unsure of where he was. Suddenly, he looked up to see a group of people coming towards him. He noticed that one of them was Bobby Kennedy and in his conscious mind he decided to shake his hand. Instead, he pulled out the gun. As psychiatrist Diamond said: 'Sirhan executed the crime in a twilight state, knowing next to nothing about what was happening'. The real killer was Thane Eugene Caesar. Sirhan was just placed in the wrong place at the wrong time.

The official story is even more ludicrous when you think that Bobby Kennedy was not even supposed to be in the hotel kitchen that Sirhan had found in his mind-controlled state. Kennedy had wanted to walk through the crowds after his speech at the hotel, which is the way it had been planned. But, his 'minders' insisted that he leave via the kitchen to avoid possible danger! The man most insistent that Kennedy go through the kitchen was Frank Mankiewicz, a former public relations man for the Mossad-front, the Anti-Defamation League, who handled the publicity for Oliver Stone's film, JFK. Also alongside Kennedy, was Thane Eugene Caesar, the 'security guard' employed at the last minute, who admits firing his gun at the time that Kennedy was killed.
The extraordinary behaviour of the LA police and its lack of investigation is another tell-tale sign of a set-up job. As Sirhan's lawyer, Lawrence Teeter, said: 'I don't believe in the Keystone cops hypothesis for these assassinations. There is too much stupidity for this to be stupidity'.

Teeter also says that psychiatrist, Bernard Diamond, performed an experiment to show how programmable Sirhan was. Diamond told him that when he put his hand on his forehead, Sirhan should climb his prison cell bars like a monkey. When Diamond gave the signal, that's just what Sirhan did. He asked him why he was climbing the bars and Sirhan said it was his own decision to do so. Programmed people don't remember their programming.
So, these are some commons themes in these mind-controlled assassinations and massacres: psychiatric treatment and drugs that cause suicidal behaviour, mania, psychosis, hallucinations and hostility; an obsession with something, often guns; the person being 'a loner' with a personality considered 'strange' or 'weird' by those who knew them; violent video games; killing themselves after they kill others; unaccountable police incompetence by the police before, during or after the event; the absence of normal security arrangements or reactions.
Almost all programmed killers have combinations of these characteristics and again and again psychiatric drugs are involved. This was the case with: 'Unabomber' Ted Kaczinski; Charles Carl Roberts IV, the Amish school assassin; John Hinckley Jr, who tried to assassinate President Reagan (an act that would have made Father Bush president); Michael McDermott, who killed seven co-workers in 2000; and Byran Uyesugi, who did the same in 1999. These drugs were also used by most of the people I have already mentioned and many others.
Now look at what the London Daily Mail said this week about the Virginia Tech killer, 23-year-old Cho Seung-Hui, under the headline: Murder threats, stalking, sick plays: why was he free to kill?
'No-one doubted that Cho Seung-Hui was weird. He seldom spoke, rarely made eye contact and never socialised with fellow students at Virginia Tech.
In the bustling atmosphere of this 26,000-strong community he was always the loner - a sullen, solitary face among some of the brightest, and most outgoing graduates on the university campus.
Now in the wake of America's worst gun atrocity - the full, disturbing picture of Cho's sinister, twisted mind is gradually emerging. He had spent time in a mental facility after threatening to kill himself and was on medication for depression. At college he had become a stalker with a simmering dislike of women, so incapable of forming relationships that he invented an imaginary girlfriend.
The plays and poetry he wrote featured descriptions of murder and sexual abuse. Chillingly, he posted a message on a college web forum that warned: 'I'm going to kill people at Va. Tech.
Yet incredibly, these and other warning signs were repeatedly ignored even after police were called to investigate claims 15 months ago he had been stalking two teenage girls after one of his lecturers complained about his behaviour.'

One student said that Cho 'walked like an apparition ... like a ghost'. As with Thomas Hamilton, he was able to buy guns, despite his unstable behaviour. The report that he had been sectioned in a psychiatric hospital did not show up when gun checks on him were carried out. In December 2005, a district court in Montgomery County, Virginia, ruled that Cho was 'an imminent danger to self or others' after stalking the two female students. Yet, once again, nothing was done.
One of his lecturers, the British-born Lucinda Roy, filed a report to the university more than a year before the shooting saying he was in need of urgent psychological help. She had been concerned by his macabre writings and plays. The authorities said Lucinda was denying his 'freedom of speech' and nothing was done, except for a suggestion that he change classes. She said of Cho:
'It felt like I was talking to a big dark hole, sometimes, as if the person wasn't really there.'
'He' wasn't. His programming was.
There was a nearly two-hour gap between the shootings of the first two people at 7.15am and when Cho began his killing spree around two and a half hours later. In that time, there was no mass warning of students, even though loudspeakers are located throughout the campus. Instead, the university sent emails.
The police did not seal off the campus after the first killings, a fact that former university police officer, George French, said was 'beyond belief'. 'Setting up a series of roadblocks, controlling access to very large pieces of property, is very much routine on any university campus in Canada and the United states', he said.
'After a double homicide, when you're looking for a dangerous fellow with a firearm, I find it unfathomable that a series of roadblocks weren't set up ... to prevent the felon from escaping. If you had a snowstorm, the whole education system can be shut down with a few phone calls.'
French said that all universities have 'very serious plans' to respond to such attacks using 'all county, state, and local law enforcement ... In Blacksburg, we saw police cowering and hiding'. French said he could find no logical conclusion except deliberate inaction on the part of officials: 'We have another coordinated, allowed event ... the parallels are so common in each case, you can write the script in advance'.
Police and emergency medical staff have said there was an order from the federal authorities not to pursue Cho while the killing was going on. Eyewitness, Matt Kazee, says that police and medical people told him the same. They were ordered to wait until the Fed's arrived and by then it was all over.
Another thing: Blacksburg may seem like just a small town, but it isn't. Cathy O'Brien is a former victim of the US government mind-control operation known as MKULTRA and its elite offshoot, Project Monarch. She tells me that inside the nearby Blacksburg Mountain is one of the most important and secret centres for the government's 'human robotic mind control programming'.
The Virginia Tech massacre is a textbook psychological warfare attack on the American psyche by the nexus of mind-control and special operations personnel. The headquarters for the US military's psychological warfare chiefs is Fort Bragg, North Carolina, where Michael Canavan, the head of security for the Federal Aviation Administration on 9/11, was Commanding General, Joint Special Operations Command.
The plan is to bombard the collective psyche with so many shocks, such as 'terrorist attacks' and 'lone nutter gunmen', that the public look to their government to protect them. In doing so, people will accept fundamental breaches of their civil and human rights in the cause of 'keeping us safe'. It is simple and devastatingly effective until the targets know what the game it.
That's our challenge, to inform ever-more people of their plight, because what happened at Virginia Tech this week is only the latest example of this terror technique. It is, of course, not the last.

from a book of birthdays, by russell grant; this date jan. 18, is very psychic...would also explain cho's sitting and taking in his surroundings....he may find himself not relating well to this world.
all his inborn traits could have been noticed by the underlords...and he was taken advantage of.
