A dream from God...

It's more often called the fallacy of False Dilemma. Have a look:

That's a false dilemma.

Funny that you should mention textbooks -- since you obviously don't read much. You+are=you're.

And it is also obvious that you don't know much about fallacies -- a topic I have studied quite extensively as a part of my degree. Psychotic people are quite able to make mistakes in logic -- fallacies.

That particular mistake is quite common, and one of the best ways to get rid of it is to correct people. Since you made the mistake in public, it is proper for me to correct it in public -- or the mistake propagates itself further when other people read your examples of illiteracy.

The dream came from the brain. That is quite simple.

Now if you want to play games and suggest that beings can send signals to us while we sleep, then fine. But if you go down that path, you are also in trouble. You can no more suggest that it came from God than from little blue-skinned people from Alpha Centauri. When you do NOT know where something comes from, it is best to say you do not know. When you say it came from God, you are showing that you are delusional.

Some say aliens as well, are they sane then? Nope, not in your book, as in your mind anyone challenging your narrow meme is simply insane. Your obsession to "set us straight" belies your own instability.
